Figure Drawing Excellence

Teaching figure drawing across Ukraine

Distance shouldn't limit your access to instruction

We started Raskvol because figure drawing courses were clustered in a few cities, leaving students in smaller towns with limited options. Now learners from Lviv to Luhansk region follow the same curriculum without relocating.

How the program is structured

Each lesson builds on the previous one gesture drawing leads to proportion study, then volume and anatomy. You submit work weekly and receive written feedback within 48 hours.

Courses run for 12 weeks with optional extension modules. Most students spend 6–8 hours per week on assignments and practice.

Why online works for this subject

Figure drawing requires consistent observation and correction. Our platform lets instructors annotate your work directly, highlighting specific lines or proportions that need adjustment. You can review these notes repeatedly while working on the next piece.

Instructors trained in classical methods

Our team studied at academies in Kharkiv and Kyiv. They teach the same foundational exercises they learned timed gesture studies, anatomical landmarks, and sustained poses from reference photos.

What happens after enrollment
  • Access the first module and reference library immediately
  • Complete exercises at your own pace within weekly deadlines
  • Submit work through the platform for instructor review
  • Join optional live critique sessions held twice monthly
  • Progress to advanced modules once foundational skills are solid

Students range from hobbyists exploring drawing for the first time to design professionals refining their observational skills. The curriculum adapts through elective tracks focusing on portraiture, movement, or anatomical precision.

We've refined the feedback process based on what students actually need clearer annotations, faster turnaround, and reference materials that match the assignment difficulty.
